低溫儲(chǔ)罐是我公司七大事業(yè)中心之一---深冷容器事業(yè)中心主要產(chǎn)品，具有有5-200立方米立、臥式低溫液體儲(chǔ)罐（液化天然氣儲(chǔ)罐LNFG，液氧儲(chǔ)罐LO2，液氮儲(chǔ)罐LN2，液氬儲(chǔ)罐LAr2，二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐LCO2）。
低溫儲(chǔ)罐是貯存低溫液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬、液態(tài)二氧化碳等介質(zhì)的貯存壓力容器。低溫儲(chǔ)罐為雙層固定真空粉末絕熱儲(chǔ)罐（貯槽）。液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬內(nèi)膽原料選用不銹鋼，二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐為16MnDR），外膽原料為Q345R或許16MnR。外表防腐涂層選用噴砂除銹、吹掃、噴涂等工藝，同時(shí)選用了挪威進(jìn)口佐敦涂料，保證5年油漆不脫落。

低溫儲(chǔ)罐在內(nèi)容器與外容器之間的夾層選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，以到達(dá)的絕熱作用。
低溫儲(chǔ)罐產(chǎn)品主要用于液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬以及二氧化碳等氣體的低溫液態(tài)存儲(chǔ)。1立方米液體能夠代替130支氣體鋼瓶。它能夠替代每天用氣瓶往返運(yùn)輸，節(jié)約很多的人力物力。

1、高純二氧化碳主要用于電子工業(yè)，用于配制其它特種混臺(tái)氣，在聚乙烯聚合反應(yīng)中則用作調(diào)節(jié)劑。
2、固態(tài)二氧化碳廣泛用于冷藏百奶制品、肉類、冷凍食品和其它轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中易的食品，在許多工業(yè)加工中作為冷凍劑。
3、氣態(tài)二氧化碳用于碳化軟度飲料、食品保存、化學(xué)和食品加工過(guò)程的惰性保護(hù)、焊接氣體、植物生長(zhǎng)劑。
4、液體二氧化碳用作致冷劑，飛機(jī)、和電子部件的低溫試驗(yàn)，提高油井采收率，問(wèn)橡膠磨光以及控制化學(xué)反應(yīng)，也可用作滅火劑。

1本設(shè)備屬于特種設(shè)備，要設(shè)專職人員管理與操作，操作人員要經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)持證上崗，否則由于誤操作和使用，會(huì)造成危及生命安全的可能。

2 本設(shè)備的安裝、使用及維修應(yīng)符合JB6898-1997《低溫液體貯運(yùn)設(shè)備 使用安全規(guī)則》的規(guī)定。本設(shè)備應(yīng)放在室外、通風(fēng)良好的場(chǎng)所。CO2有很強(qiáng)的窒息性，會(huì)引起窒息危險(xiǎn)，甚至危及生命。
the installation, use and maintenance of the equipment shall conform to the provisions of JB6898-1997 "safe rules for the use of cryogenic liquid storage and transportation equipment". The equipment should be placed outdoors and well ventilated. CO2 has a strong asphyxiation, which can cause choking hazards and even life.
3 本設(shè)備貯存的是-40℃的低溫液體，管道、閥門凍結(jié)堵塞時(shí)嚴(yán)禁用重物敲擊、火烤或冷水噴淋等方法解凍，應(yīng)用70～80℃干凈無(wú)油的熱空氣、熱氮?dú)饨鈨觥?br>this equipment is to 40 ℃ cryogenic liquid storage, pipe, valves, frozen jams it is forbidden to use heavy percussion, fire, or cold water spray method of thawing, application of 70 ~ 80 ℃ clean hot air, hot nitrogen release without oil.

維護(hù)與檢修 Maintenance and repair

1.儲(chǔ)罐的使用與維護(hù)，應(yīng)按“壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程”要求和本說(shuō)明進(jìn)行。
The use and maintenance of the storage tank shall be carried out according to the requirements of the Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations and these instructions
2.日常檢查與維護(hù) Daily inspection and maintenance
儲(chǔ)罐在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，要經(jīng)常檢查安全閥、壓力表、液位計(jì)工作是否正常，閥門管路是否有泄漏，外部有無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)處理。
During operation of the tank, check the safety valve, pressure gauge and liquid level meter regularly, whether the valve line is leaking, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon outside, and find the problem to be handled in time.
3.定期校驗(yàn) Regular verification
3.1安全閥整定壓力不大于2.27Mpa，每年至少校驗(yàn)一次，并加鉛封，作好記錄。
Safety valve setting pressure is not more than 2.27Mpa, at least once a year, and add seals, make a record.
3.2定期檢查夾層真空度，未裝低溫介質(zhì)的情況下真空度應(yīng)低于65Pa，裝有低溫介質(zhì)的情況下，真空度應(yīng)低于10Pa為合格。
Regularly check the sandwich vacuum, the vacuum should be less then 65Pa without vacuum medium; with a low temperature medium, the vacuum should be less than 10Pa for the pass.
