低溫儲(chǔ)罐
低溫儲(chǔ)罐是用于存放液態(tài)氧、氮、氬、二氧化碳等介質(zhì)的立式或臥式雙層真空絕熱儲(chǔ)槽。內(nèi)膽選用材料為奧氏體不銹鋼；外容器材料根據(jù)用戶地區(qū)不同，按國家規(guī)定選用為Q235-B、Q245R或345R，內(nèi)、外容器夾層充填絕熱材料珠光砂或鋁箔、保溫棉并抽真空。

當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐向外供液又需要穩(wěn)定排液壓力時(shí)，可利用汽化器（另外配備）進(jìn)行增壓。其操作過程如下：

2.日常檢查與維護(hù) Daily inspection and maintenance
儲(chǔ)罐在運(yùn)行過程中，要經(jīng)常檢查安全閥、壓力表、液位計(jì)工作是否正常，閥門管路是否有泄漏，外部有無異?，F(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)處理。

3.定期校驗(yàn) Regular verification
3.1安全閥整定壓力不大于2.27Mpa，每年至少校驗(yàn)一次，并加鉛封，作好記錄。

3.2定期檢查夾層真空度，未裝低溫介質(zhì)的情況下真空度應(yīng)低于65Pa，裝有低溫介質(zhì)的情況下，真空度應(yīng)低于10Pa為合格。
