低溫儲(chǔ)罐是我公司七大事業(yè)中心之一---深冷容器事業(yè)中心主要產(chǎn)品，具有有5-200立方米立、臥式低溫液體儲(chǔ)罐（液化天然氣儲(chǔ)罐LNFG，液氧儲(chǔ)罐LO2，液氮儲(chǔ)罐LN2，液氬儲(chǔ)罐LAr2，二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐LCO2）。
低溫儲(chǔ)罐是貯存低溫液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬、液態(tài)二氧化碳等介質(zhì)的貯存壓力容器。低溫儲(chǔ)罐為雙層固定真空粉末絕熱儲(chǔ)罐（貯槽）。液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬內(nèi)膽原料選用不銹鋼，二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐為16MnDR），外膽原料為Q345R或許16MnR。外表防腐涂層選用噴砂除銹、吹掃、噴涂等工藝，同時(shí)選用了挪威進(jìn)口佐敦涂料，保證5年油漆不脫落。

低溫儲(chǔ)罐在內(nèi)容器與外容器之間的夾層選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，以到達(dá)的絕熱作用。
低溫儲(chǔ)罐產(chǎn)品主要用于液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬以及二氧化碳等氣體的低溫液態(tài)存儲(chǔ)。1立方米液體能夠代替130支氣體鋼瓶。它能夠替代每天用氣瓶往返運(yùn)輸，節(jié)約很多的人力物力。

充液的操作 filling operation
【標(biāo)題】
充液分為充液和補(bǔ)充充液。
充液的操作如下：

2.1.1 儲(chǔ)罐吹除置換干凈達(dá)到要求后，將充液管線與儲(chǔ)罐的充液接頭連接，液位計(jì)組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準(zhǔn)備充液。

2.1.3 將充液管線接通槽車(chē)，先開(kāi)啟V5殘液閥，排出管線內(nèi)的雜質(zhì)氣體后，再開(kāi)啟V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，V8液位計(jì)組合閥處于全開(kāi)狀態(tài)，顯示液位計(jì)讀數(shù)進(jìn)行充液。

2.1.4 在充液過(guò)程中，當(dāng)液位計(jì)指示液位接近標(biāo)定值時(shí)，可間斷開(kāi)啟V4充滿指示閥，如有液體噴出，應(yīng)立即停止充液，關(guān)閉V4充滿指示閥。

2.1.5關(guān)閉V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，打開(kāi)V5殘液閥，拆下充液管線，充液結(jié)束。
補(bǔ)充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點(diǎn)是補(bǔ)充充液時(shí)一開(kāi)始就可以大量充液。

2.4.1液體二氧化碳的正常排放是在儲(chǔ)罐增壓后，開(kāi)啟V2排液閥，V3回氣閥，液體二氧化碳便流入汽化器汽化，供使用點(diǎn)使用。

液體的儲(chǔ)存 liquid storage
液體二氧化碳的儲(chǔ)存屬于帶壓（壓力不低于0.8Mpa）儲(chǔ)存。儲(chǔ)存期間除壓力表、液位計(jì)、安全閥應(yīng)投入使用外，其他閥門(mén)應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐壓力超過(guò)2.1Mpa時(shí)，開(kāi)啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應(yīng)注意：內(nèi)罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦杀?br>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage.
