2.4.1液體二氧化碳的正常排放是在儲(chǔ)罐增壓后，開啟V2排液閥，V3回氣閥，液體二氧化碳便流入汽化器汽化，供使用點(diǎn)使用。

液體二氧化碳的儲(chǔ)存屬于帶壓（壓力不低于0.8Mpa）儲(chǔ)存。儲(chǔ)存期間除壓力表、液位計(jì)、安全閥應(yīng)投入使用外，其他閥門應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐壓力超過2.1Mpa時(shí)，開啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應(yīng)注意：內(nèi)罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦杀?br>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage. 1.內(nèi)罐壓力異常長高 Inner tank pressure abnormally high
1.1可能是V3回氣閥開度過大或閥門失靈，應(yīng)減小閥門開度或檢修閥門。
May be V3 return valve opening is too large or valve failure, should reduce the valve opening or valve repair.
1.2可能是S1、S2安全閥失靈，到啟動(dòng)壓力不啟動(dòng)，應(yīng)檢查安全閥。

1.3可能是壓力表指示不準(zhǔn)確，應(yīng)校驗(yàn)壓力表。

2.液位計(jì)指示不真實(shí) Level gauge instructions are not true
2.1可能是液位計(jì)失靈，應(yīng)檢修液位計(jì)。

2.2可能是液位計(jì)接頭處泄漏，應(yīng)檢修接頭連接處，排除泄漏。
