說 明Description:
⑴本儲罐的操作系統(tǒng)多集中于儲罐底部，儀表系統(tǒng)及組合閥設置在筒壁，便于觀察操作.

(2) 內膽設置有兩個安全閥S1、S2，夾層泄壓裝置B。

(3) 連接形式：進液口→2＂螺紋連接，排液閥→2＂螺紋連接，抽空口→法蘭.

低溫儲罐
低溫儲罐是用于存放液態(tài)氧、氮、氬、二氧化碳等介質的立式或臥式雙層真空絕熱儲槽。內膽選用材料為奧氏體不銹鋼；外容器材料根據(jù)用戶地區(qū)不同，按國家規(guī)定選用為Q235-B、Q245R或345R，內、外容器夾層充填絕熱材料珠光砂或鋁箔、保溫棉并抽真空。

2 本設備的安裝、使用及維修應符合JB6898-1997《低溫液體貯運設備 使用安全規(guī)則》的規(guī)定。本設備應放在室外、通風良好的場所。CO2有很強的窒息性，會引起窒息危險，甚至危及生命。

3 本設備貯存的是-40℃的低溫液體，管道、閥門凍結堵塞時嚴禁用重物敲擊、火烤或冷水噴淋等方法解凍，應用70～80℃干凈無油的熱空氣、熱氮氣解凍。

液體的儲存 liquid storage
液體二氧化碳的儲存屬于帶壓（壓力不低于0.8Mpa）儲存。儲存期間除壓力表、液位計、安全閥應投入使用外，其他閥門應處于關閉狀態(tài)。當儲罐壓力超過2.1Mpa時，開啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應注意：內罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉變?yōu)楦杀?br>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage.
