儲(chǔ)罐的操作分為充液、貯存、增壓、排液等過(guò)程，每個(gè)過(guò)程必須做到：V6三通截止閥（連接安全閥）和V8液位計(jì)組合閥始終處于全開(kāi)狀態(tài)。罐內(nèi)壓力不應(yīng)高于2.16Mpa，壓力不應(yīng)低于0.8Mpa .
The operation of the tank is divided into filling, storage, pressurization, drainage and other processes, each process must be: V6 three-way valve (connecting safety valve) and V8 level gauge combination valve is always in the fully open state. 低溫儲(chǔ)罐
低溫儲(chǔ)罐是用于存放液態(tài)氧、氮、氬、二氧化碳等介質(zhì)的立式或臥式雙層真空絕熱儲(chǔ)槽。內(nèi)膽選用材料為奧氏體不銹鋼；外容器材料根據(jù)用戶地區(qū)不同，按國(guó)家規(guī)定選用為Q235-B、Q245R或345R，內(nèi)、外容器夾層充填絕熱材料珠光砂或鋁箔、保溫棉并抽真空。

1.儲(chǔ)罐的使用與維護(hù)，應(yīng)按“壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程”要求和本說(shuō)明進(jìn)行。
The use and maintenance of the storage tank shall be carried out according to the requirements of the Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations and these instructions
2.日常檢查與維護(hù) Daily inspection and maintenance
儲(chǔ)罐在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，要經(jīng)常檢查安全閥、壓力表、液位計(jì)工作是否正常，閥門(mén)管路是否有泄漏，外部有無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)處理。
During operation of the tank, check the safety valve, pressure gauge and liquid level meter regularly, whether the valve line is leaking, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon outside, and find the problem to be handled in time.
3.定期校驗(yàn) Regular verification
3.1安全閥整定壓力不大于2.27Mpa，每年至少校驗(yàn)一次，并加鉛封，作好記錄。
Safety valve setting pressure is not more than 2.27Mpa, at least once a year, and add seals, make a record.
3.2定期檢查夾層真空度，未裝低溫介質(zhì)的情況下真空度應(yīng)低于65Pa，裝有低溫介質(zhì)的情況下，真空度應(yīng)低于10Pa為合格。
Regularly check the sandwich vacuum, the vacuum should be less then 65Pa without vacuum medium; with a low temperature medium, the vacuum should be less than 10Pa for the pass.
