液體的儲存 liquid storage
液體二氧化碳的儲存屬于帶壓（壓力不低于0.8Mpa）儲存。儲存期間除壓力表、液位計、安全閥應投入使用外，其他閥門應處于關閉狀態(tài)。當儲罐壓力超過2.1Mpa時，開啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應注意：內罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉變?yōu)楦杀?br>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage. During the storage, the pressure gauge,level gauge, safety valve should be put into use, the other valves should be closed. When the tank pressure exceeds 2.1Mpa, open the V7 exhaust valve buck. However, it should be noted that the pressure inside the tank must not drop below 0.8Mpa, otherwise liquid carbon dioxide will be converted to dry ice.

低溫儲罐是我公司七大事業(yè)中心之一---深冷容器事業(yè)中心主要產品，具有有5-200立方米立、臥式低溫液體儲罐（液化天然氣儲罐LNFG，液氧儲罐LO2，液氮儲罐LN2，液氬儲罐LAr2，二氧化碳儲罐LCO2）。
低溫儲罐是貯存低溫液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬、液態(tài)二氧化碳等介質的貯存壓力容器。低溫儲罐為雙層固定真空粉末絕熱儲罐（貯槽）。液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬內膽原料選用不銹鋼，二氧化碳儲罐為16MnDR），外膽原料為Q345R或許16MnR。外表防腐涂層選用噴砂除銹、吹掃、噴涂等工藝，同時選用了挪威進口佐敦涂料，保證5年油漆不脫落。

低溫儲罐在內容器與外容器之間的夾層選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，以到達的絕熱作用。
低溫儲罐產品主要用于液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬以及二氧化碳等氣體的低溫液態(tài)存儲。1立方米液體能夠代替130支氣體鋼瓶。它能夠替代每天用氣瓶往返運輸，節(jié)約很多的人力物力。

常見故障的處理 Common fault handling

1.內罐壓力異常長高 Inner tank pressure abnormally high
1.1可能是V3回氣閥開度過大或閥門失靈，應減小閥門開度或檢修閥門。
May be V3 return valve opening is too large or valve failure, should reduce the valve opening or valve repair.
1.2可能是S1、S2安全閥失靈，到啟動壓力不啟動，應檢查安全閥。
may be S1, S2 safety valve failure, to start the pressure does not start, check the safety valve.
1.3可能是壓力表指示不準確，應校驗壓力表。
may be pressure gauge indicates inaccurate, should verify the pressure gauge.
2.液位計指示不真實 Level gauge instructions are not true
2.1可能是液位計失靈，應檢修液位計。
may be the level gauge failure, should be maintenance level gauge
2.2可能是液位計接頭處泄漏，應檢修接頭連接處，排除泄漏。
It may be a leak at the head of the liquid level gauge. It should repair the connection of the joint and eliminate the leakage
3.蒸發(fā)率高，外殼體凝水結霜 High evaporation rate, the outer shell condensate frost
3.1可能是珠光砂未填實或下沉，應補充珠光砂，重新抽真空。
may be unfilled or sinking of pearl sand, pearl sand should be added and re-evacuated.
3.2可能是真空度惡化，應進行真空檢漏，重新抽真空。
may be a deterioration of the vacuum, vacuum leak detection should be carried out, re-vacuum.
4.管道閥門液體流動不暢或堵塞 pipeline valve fluid flow or blocked
可能是液體二氧化碳形成干冰的原因造成，應停止使用，用熱空氣加溫管閥至暢通為止。May be caused by the formation of dry ice, should stop using, with hot air heating pipe valve until smooth.
