二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐的長(zhǎng)處
二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐是儲(chǔ)存液態(tài)二氧化碳介質(zhì)的儲(chǔ)存壓力容器。
二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)膽原料選用16MnDR，二氧化碳罐外膽原料為Q245R或者Q345R。
二氧化碳罐選用“組合、安全體系閥”運(yùn)用兩組安全閥一起作業(yè)，在安全閥定時(shí)校驗(yàn)時(shí)可關(guān)閉一側(cè)，另一側(cè)持續(xù)作業(yè)，保證二氧化碳罐的安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
二氧化碳罐選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，公司以共同的技術(shù)保證質(zhì)量，以達(dá)到絕熱作用。
二氧化碳罐具有運(yùn)用壽命長(zhǎng)、構(gòu)造緊湊、占地面積少、集中控制、操作和維修便利等特色。
二氧化碳罐的規(guī)劃壓力為2.2MPa

1.1 操作者應(yīng)按本說(shuō)明書要求及有關(guān)文件進(jìn)行操作。The operator shall follow the instructions and related documents to operate.

2 儲(chǔ)罐的操作Tank operation

儲(chǔ)罐的操作分為充液、貯存、增壓、排液等過(guò)程，每個(gè)過(guò)程必須做到：V6三通截止閥（連接安全閥）和V8液位計(jì)組合閥始終處于全開狀態(tài)。罐內(nèi)壓力不應(yīng)高于2.16Mpa，壓力不應(yīng)低于0.8Mpa .
